  • Customers must initiate return requests within 7 days of delivery
  • Products will be picked by our Logistics Team.
  • Original packaging and unused condition required

Refund Timeline:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, approval for refund will be processed within 48 hours
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval

Replacement Timeline:

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will dispatch a replacement within 3 business days
  • Replacement delivery will be completed within 5-7 business days
